Busy Poker Schedule

As I said in my previous post, I was going to play in a number of Freeroll MTTs over the last few days. As it turned out, I dropped one of the Freerolls and played in a money MTT instead. I played in:
Wil Wheaton Euro Friendly ($10+1 MTT) - Came around 18 out of 39.
Pokerplayer / SpinPalace (Freeroll STT tourney) - Went out 3rd on first table.
Titan 100k Satellite (Freeroll MTT) - Did not bother playing in the end.
Pokerplayer Grand Prix Rnd 1 (Freeroll MTT) - Came around 23 out of 300.
Not a terribly good series of results, although admittedly Wil's tourney is more about the fun of playing than the winning. My result in the SpinPalace tourney was disappointing - I had been doing really well but I had a moment of tilt and went out one place from the semi-final.
I did not play on Titan in the end because I really could not be bothered to sit down with 1000s of other people just to win a ticket into another tournament - I had had enough poker by this point. As it turned out, this was probably a very good idea, as with the weekend away from Poker, I came into the Pokerplayer Grand Prix in just the right frame of mind. Okay the cards hit at just the right point but it felt really good playing in that tournament and if I had not had a terrible run of cards at the end, I am convinced I would have made the final table. Still $5 and two extra league points are not to be dismissed and I look forward to the other nine rounds of this competition.
